Excellent products and great overall service.

I have placed two orders with this company, and the product they sell is of good quality, but you have to wait 3 to 5 weeks for delivery with no return policy at all on most items. I found that I can get the same things at Amazon for the same price if not lower and have it delivered in 5 business days with a return policy in place. Still waiting for my second order that was placed 3 weeks ago. I would have preferred to give them zero stars, but I have to give one to write this review.

Ive purchased a number of unique items at TOM. The only reason I dont give it five stars is because the delivery time is EXCEPTIONALLY s l o w! I would have purchased other items but could not wait 4-5 weeks for delivery. They need to get a touch of Amazon!!

Great gadgets and things that make life more fun!

I purchased and received a Bugatti car model that was completely different from the information and specifications listed on Touch of Modern. The length, width, and height measurements were all completely different from that of the car I received. The listed length of the car was 16 inches; however, it actually turned out to be only 9 inches long. Also, the materials of the car model are completely different from the materials listed in the item description. Unfortunately, because I work with different kinds of materials for my daily job, I can easily recognize and identify materials. After trying to call the T.O.M. customer service and writing multiple emails, I have received no response at all. Touch of Modern’s products consist of false advertising and it is a company with zero customer service. I will be filing a consumer complaint to the State of California Office of the Attorney General. It is bad business that a company cannot retain its returning customers.

The only reason I didnt put 5 stars is because it always takes a long time to get products. (Used to Amazon prime lol). I enjoy seeing sales for things I never see anywhere else, and everything is unique and modern. I also appreciate the discounts. Ive bought from this site a number of times and have always been pleased!

Just received my iPhone 6sPlus case today I love it. Material was very smooth and wasnt slippery at all. Felt very comfortable in my hand. Only problem was the case was a little bent and the side panel where the lock button and volume buttons were already broken before I pulled it out the pack. Other than that I was satisfied with what I purchased. Shipping didnt take long either.

To even get past the splash screens you have to login with Facebook or create an account. No thanks.

You can find the same stuff on different shopping apps for so much cheaper than what they have to offer

Ive been a big fan of TOMO for years. So many unique and innovative products. I honestly liked it more before they integrated the clothing lines but I understand why it needed to be done. All I ask is that there continues to be a focus on home design, lifehack products and really random tech. Keep up the good work and Ill keep promoting. Cheers!

Not everything is new to the market, the ease of purchase is what attracted me to the app.

Wish they had even more selections for shoes and clothes but still cool
